He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E Fitzpatrick and Evelyn Fitzpatrick (Dykeman). He is survived by: his children, Robert Fitzpatrick Jr. of Stoughton and Deborah Arnold (Mark Arnold) of Plymouth; his sisters, Ann Savino of New Hampshire and Francine Bishop of Taunton; his grandchildren, Lea Savas (Derek) of Portsmouth, RI, Tyler Fitzpatrick of Freetown, Shelby Arnold, Cole Contois of Winthrop, Hannah, Max and Luke Arnold of Plymouth; and his great grandchildren, Callie, Jake, Bodie Savas and Blake Contois. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
