He was predeceased by: his daughter Janice E. Schwingle; and his brother William Kurtyka. He is survived by: his children, Annmarie Graham and Nanette L. Smith; and his siblings, Allen E. Kurtyka, John E. Kurtyka and Mary Louise Kurtyka of Stoughton. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
