She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "John" Machado; her parents, Sylvere Arsenault and Josephine Arsenault (Perry); her stepdaughter Christine Monteiro; and her brother Edward Arsenault.
She is survived by: her sons, Raymond E. Fisher of Stoughton and Dennis P. Machado of Stoughton; her stepchildren, Howard "Sonny" Fisher, Ron Fisher, Bobby Fisher, Grover Fisher, George Fisher, Gloria Kirkey, Roberta Bates and Bunny Sallop; and her siblings, Matilda Karwanski, Helen Fields, Buster Arsenault and Arthur Arsenault. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Thelma's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
