He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas I. Groden and Frances Groden (Mundy); and his sister Laura Groden. He is survived by: his siblings, Patrick Groden, Michael Groden and Catherine Miller; his nieces and nephews, Branden, Brianna, Brent, Cara, Matthew, Alana and Sarah; and also Fiona.
