He was predeceased by: his spouse Elizabeth A. Gill (Davis); and his sibling John "Jack" Gill. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth M. Gill of Stoughton and Jay L. Gill (Martha) of Falmouth; his grandchildren, George Reade, Samantha Gill and Cassandra Gill; his sibling Leslie Gill of Stoughton; and his sister-in-law Carol Gallison of Stoughton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
