He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Slaney and Marie T. Slaney (Carrara); and his brother Alfred Slaney, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Linda M. Slaney (Jeannetti); his friend Butch Pires; his children, Sharon M. McMahon (James) of Canton, Dawn M. Slaney of Stoughton, William D. Slaney, Jr. (Lori) of Taunton and Deanna L. O'Neill (Michael) of Canton; his grandchildren, Gabriella, Gavin, Adrianna, Coleton and Raegan; and his sisters, Patricia Virden of Seattle, WA, Roberta Place of Ellis, ME and Florence Canavan of Falmouth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
Memorial Donations. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bill's memory may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
