He was predeceased by: his parent Carmen Perez (Mercado); and his sister Brunilda. He is survived by: his father Ramon Perez; his daughters, Jerrica Berger and Sydney Perez; his significant other Gina Stanzione; and his siblings, Carmen Gonzalez, Ada Colon, Marta Perez and Raymond Perez. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
