She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph A. G. Fortin; her parents, Robert Pemberton and Mary Pemberton (Holden); her son Jeffrey; and her brother Robert Pemberton.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Fortin (Genna) of Somerset, Gary Fortin (Teresa) of Swansea, Barbara M. Fortin of Swansea and Tina Rosenstein of Swansea; her sister Joan Daley; her daughters-in-law, Kimberly, Arlene and Geralyn Fortin; and her sons, David and Robert Fortin. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
