She was predeceased by : her husband Edward A. Phelan; her parents, Daniel Jones and Elizabeth (Healy); and her daughter Kathleen Mowry (Phelan). She is survived by : her sister Wendy Fillion (Jones); her grandchildren, Amber Garcia, Adam Garcia and Sarah Mowry; and her children, Kimberly Phelan and Edward Phelan, Jr..
