She is survived by : her son Jeffrey Souza (Diane) of Swansea; her grandchildren, Kristin Cardoso and Courtney (Rick Cacchiotti); and her great grandchildren, Alissa Cardoso, Kaylee Cardoso and Kendal Cacchiotti.
