He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank E. Mazzarella and Emily Mazzarella (Warezerlonis). He is survived by: his wife Susan K. Mazzarella (Callahan); his children, Aliza Mazzarella-Blackwell (Robert) of Cummings, GA, Roger Teixeira (Celina) of Dighton, Michael Teixeira of Fall River, Daniel Teixeira of Fall River, David Teixeira (Andrea) of Dighton and Matthew Mazzarella of Somerset; his grandchildren, Austin, Brenna, Jacob, David, Morgan, Dante, Eric, Abigail and Nickolas; his great grandchild Eira; and his siblings, Madelyn Casimiro of Fall River and Steven Mazzarella of Fall River. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
