She was predeceased by: her husband John E. "Jack" Cox, Jr.; and her parents, Dr. David A. Christian Jr. and Bessie Christian (Stratton). She is survived by: her children, Cynthia C. Gilliam (P. R.) of Swansea, Deborah J. Doherty (Stephen), Linda E. Cox of Swansea and John E. Cox III (Sunny) of Rome; her grandchildren, Victoria, John, Catherine, Haley, Meredith, Alex, Jade and Samanda; and her great grandchild Bella. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
