Berard (Swansea, Massachusetts), born in Fall River, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 24, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his spouse Carol Berard (Hosmer); and his parents, Lucien Berard and Lillian Berard (Moreau). He is survived by: his sons, Victor Berard of Manchester, NH, Paul Berard (Sandra) of Attleboro, MA and Joseph V. L. Berard, II; his stepdaughter Debbie Gaylas of Cumberland, RI; his sister Lucille Inserro of Long Island, NY; and his grandchildren, Zakary, Nikolas, Luke, Jenna, Kim and Tiffany. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
