She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur M. Barboza and Hilda Barboza (Machado); her daughters, Lisa Borges of Swansea and Lori Borges (Deborah Gillette) of Swansea; her godson Jeffrey Hyde (Elizabeth) of Somerset; her siblings, Charles Barboza of Fall River and Theresa Hyde of Mississippi; her pet Max; and her sibling Arthur M. Barboza Jr.. She was also cherished by nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in gratitude to Brigham and Women's Hospital to support "Transplant Critical Care Fund".
