He was predeceased by: his parent Alden B.. He is survived by: his spouse Jean B. Cowen (Parquette); his parent Hermina V. Cowen (Anselmo); his son Linwood Cowen Jr.; his grandson Brandon M. Cowen; and his sister Eileen Boucher. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, & friends.
