He was predeceased by: his wife Maria of Lourdes Dinis; his parent Joaquim Dinis; and his sibling Esmerelda Martins. He is survived by: his children, Antonio M. of Oliveira, Maria of Conceicao Evaristo and Carmo Pires of Sousa; his grandchildren, Victor B. Evaristo of Fall River, Monica Oliveira Martin of Swansea, Luis F. of Oliveira and Brian Oliveira of Sousa; and his siblings, Avelino Oliveira of Fall River, Emilio Oliveira and Cesar Oliveira. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
