He was predeceased by : his parents, Alfred Perry and Joan Perry (Orzechowski). He is survived by : his children, Damien Perry (Izabela) and Rachel Perry (Mike Teixeira); his sisters, Andrea Plaziak and Joanna Perry of Swansea; and his granddaughter Joy.
