He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores A. Barrow (Pannoni); and his parents, Charles H. Barrow and Etta Barrow (Campbell). He is survived by: his daughters, Kyle Angell Kawa (Thomas Moniz) and Susan Etta Barrow (Daniel Murphy); his grandchildren, Jason Robert Gregory (Aaron Plante), Jared Scott Gregory (Jessica) and Justine Angell Kawa; his great grandchild Marshall Scott Gregory; and his sister Florence Reid. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
