We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Alice (Mello) Desa (Taunton, Massachusetts), born in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Alice (Mello) Desa to show support.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Francisca Mello and Antonio Mello; her husband John DeSa; her son William DeSa; her niece Virginia Mckenna; and her siblings, Margaret Long, James and John Mello.

She is survived by : her daughter Donna Crandall (Gary) of Raynham; her grandsons, William DeSa, Jr. (Tanya) and Ryan Crandall (Jessica); her daughter-in-law Lee DeSa; her close friend Laurie Fortin; and her friends, Rosie Stewart and Janelle Reeves. She is also survived by five great grand- children.

Due to the Covid19 Virus, services will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Alice's memory can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
