She was predeceased by: her parent George Carvalho; her spouse Manuel Albert Fonseca; and her sibling Richard Carvalho. She is survived by: her parent Louise Carvalho (Parker); her siblings, George Carvalho of Taunton, Mary Washburn (George) of Dighton, Jacqueline Motta of Providence, RI. and James Carvalho; and her child St Jude Place. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces.

Donations in her memory may be made to St Judes Children Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
