He was predeceased by: his parent Leon Duczkowski. He is survived by: his parent Theresa Doyle of Taunton; his spouse Katherine E. Duczkowski (Grealish); his child Brian Duczkowski, Jr.; his wife Jolie of Rehoboth; his grandchildren, Cyrus, Maura, Forge and Freya; his siblings, Kathleen Duczkowski of Philadelphia, Leone Charlton of Taunton, Linda Baker (Gary) of Taunton, Lawrence Duczkowski (Theresa) of Philadelphia and Teresa Hollis (Eric) of Taunton; and also, Patrick Duczkowski (Jennifer) of Dighton, Daniel Duczkowski of Alaska and Katherine M. Duczkowski of Taunton.
Brian had a strong affinity for disabled veterans and for that reason his family asks that donations in his honor be made to the DAV Chapter 57, PO Box 57, Taunton, MA 02780.
