Nida-Velazquez (Michael), Joseph Nida, Zachary Webber, Michael Webber, Jaret Cox, Milinda Nida, Michelle Boothby (Jason), Curtis Velazquez (Crystal Reynolds), Mikaela Eldridge, Madelyn Mitchell, Sophia, Elise, Daniel, Mackenzie, Jeremiah, Jordan, Ralphie, Brandon, Brooklyn, Cheyenne, Sequioa and J. J.. He is also survived by six nieces and one nephew.
