He was predeceased by: his spouse Lorraine R. Rodrigues (Medeiros); his parent Edward Rodrigues; and his sibling Hilda Boyle. He is survived by: his parent Georgianna Rodrigues (Gomes); his children, Edward F. Rodrigues and Paula J. Rose; and his siblings, Vanda Mossey, Velia Terra, Angelina Mendonca and Octavio Rodrigues.
Due to the limitation of flowers allowed at the National Cemetery, Ceasar's family has requested that donations in his memory be made to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 3049, Syracuse, NY 13220-3049.
