He was predeceased by: his parent Sandy J.; and his sibling Louise David. He is survived by: his parent Ruth (Higgins); his nephews, Douglas A. David (Dawn) of Assonet, Timothy David, Nathan, Noah and Ezra; his niece Tammy David; and his siblings, Paulina David, Nancy David, Howard David and Allen David.
