He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Liliana Tavares (Borges); his parents, Francisco J. Tavares and Maria J. Tavares (Carreiro); his children, Clotilde Tavares of Taunton, Elizabete Coutinho of Taunton, Ana Tavares of Taunton and Debbie Cataloni; his grandchildren, Katherine Coutinho of Taunton, Cynthia Coutinho of Taunton and Sebastian Coutinho of Taunton; his siblings, Clotilde (Faustino Coutinho) of Canada and Clarimundo; his wife Celemeia Tavares of Taunton; and his siblings, Arturo Tavares, Fernando Tavares, Carmo and Maria Jose. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
