He was predeceased by: his spouse Helen Bushko (Zukousky); his parent George Bushko; and his sibling Pauline Piper. He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Bushko (Kohut); his children, Carl A. Bushko of West Chester, PA and Nancy B. Vincent (Joseph) of Taunton; and his grandchildren, Jeremy D. Vincent of Ann Arbor, MI, Joshua A. Vincent of Ouray, Victoria Bushko and Alex Bushko of West Chester, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
