She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis Fernandes; her parent Nelson F. Washburn; and her sibling Ralph Washburn. She is survived by: her parent Eva M. Washburn (Hayden); her daughters, Carol A. Budnik (William H.) of Charlestown, RI and Patricia M. Palmieri; her brother George Washburn of Franklin; her granddaughter Elaine T.; her great grandchild Sophia H.; her cousin Ruth Robinson; and her siblings, Elsie Conant and Marion Lewis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and a large loving extended family.
