He is survived by: his parents, Albert LaFreniere and Louise LaFreniere (DaSilva); his wife Janet LaFreniere (Hawes); his children, Kevin Roy, Andrea Ramalho, Lisa Roy, Danielle Azevedo and Deirdre Souza; and his siblings, Eddie, Scott, Louie, Louise, Suzanne, Janine, Judy and Papa. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
