She is survived by: her significant other James Kelly; her children, Antoinette N. Kelton, Dawn A. Kelton, Filicha A. Taylor (Dennis), Brenda C. Kelton, Meriam S. Kelton and Joanne A. Borges (Alector); and her siblings, John P. Gomes Jr., Juanita Gomes, Domingo Gomes and Joseph P. Gomes. She is also survived by thirty-one grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
