He was predeceased by: his parent Claude Simmons; and his sibling Robert. He is survived by: his parent Emma Simmons (Murphy); his wife Helen; his sons, Brian Simmons of Plympton, Bruce Simmons of Kingston and Matthew Simmons (Amy Boynton) of East Taunton; his granddaughter Kylee E. Simmons; and his siblings, Frederick, Claude, Paul, Francis Simmons, Shirley Ferreira, Edward, Russell, George and Gregory Simmons.
