He was predeceased by: his parent William Hathaway; and his sibling Jean Spangler. He is survived by: his parent Jane Hathaway (Andrade); his wife Cynthia; his children, Robin Hosford, Shawn Hosford of Naples, Jeffrey Hathaway and Julie Hathaway of Taunton; his grandchildren, Corinne, Joshua, Alexander Hathaway and Willow Hosford; and his siblings, Mat Tavares, Celia Tavares of Carlisle, William Hathaway, Bonnie Hathaway of Dighton, MA, Frank Rogers of Taunton, Steve Rogers, Lori Rogers of East Taunton and Anne Sauerbier of Taunton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, March 25th from 2 to 5 pm in the Silva Funeral Home. (Additional parking with handicap access is located on the north side of the Funeral Home.)
