She was predeceased by : her parents, Theodore Walczak and Emma Walczak (Haggerty); her daughter Debbie Melo; and her brother David Walczak. She is survived by : her children, Patricia White of Taunton, Steven Whalley and Richard Whalley; and her brother Frederick Walczak (Gloria) of Taunton. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
