We bid farewell to Mary E. Farrar of Taunton, Massachusetts, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 9, 2025 at the age of 81. Mary touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Cody and Bridget Cody (Dermody); her daughter Nancy A. Farrar-Hood; and her grandson Nicholas M. Pezzano. She is survived by: her husband Edward F. Farrar; her daughters, Katie Farrar of Brockton and Bridget Farrar (John Scopelites) of Brockton; her grandchildren, Terrance of Brockton, Edward Hood of Brockton, Neena Farrar of Taunton, Grace Scopelites of Taunton and Genna Scopelites of Taunton; and her great grandchildren, Haleigh Richman and Jaiden Hood.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Waitt Funeral Home (850 N Main St, Brockton, MA 02301). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Jude Parish (249 Whittenton St, Taunton, MA 02780).
