He was predeceased by: his wife Maria José (Figueira); his parents, Alvaro Correia and Maria Rosa Correia (Ferreira); and his siblings, Teresa Maria and Francisco Correia.
He is survived by: his children, Maria João Correia of Taunton, Frederico "Freddie" Correia of Taunton and Ceu Benevides (Scott) of Taunton; and his granddaughter Katherine Marie Horgan of Taunton. He is also survived by friends that are like family, several nieces and nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Crapo-Hathaway Funeral Home (350 Somerset Ave, Taunton, MA 02780). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lord Catholic Church (31 1st St, Taunton, MA 02780).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Orlando's name may be made to St. Vincent DePaul Society 141 Washington Street Taunton, MA 02780.
