He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hodgson and Lillian Hodgson (Wilkinson); and his sibling Marjorie Baertschi. He is survived by: his spouse Margaret Hodgson (Traverse); his children, Kristine M. Coute (Thomas) of Taunton, Ralph G. Hodgson Jr. (Dawn) of Brockton, James M. Hodgson (Gina) of Lakeville, Douglas J. Hodgson of Taunton and Daniel S. Hodgson (Valerie) of Berkley; his child-in-law Barbara Beuttel; his grandchildren, Sam, Chelsea, Taylor, Christopher, Kyle, Abigail, Jenna, Allison, Amanda, Ellie, Mackenzie and Mitch; and his siblings, Marilyn Traverse of Dennis, Ruth Beauvais of Tauton, William Hodgson of Vermont, Virginia Farrar, Carol Clark and George Hodgson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
