He was predeceased by: his wife Marguerite Fielding (Chamberlain); and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his parents, Adolph Fielding and Irene Fielding (Nelson); his daughters, Sharon Thurston of Wareham, Patricia Hardy of Taunton, Jan Sprague (Randy) of Bar Harbor, ME and Andrea Kaneb (Stephen) of Exeter, NH.; his brother Thomas (Terry Fielding) of South Sutton, NH; his sister-in-law Dianne of Wareham; his grandchildren, Robert Thurston (Jennifer), Andrew Thurston, Matthew Stevenson (Kerry), Alex Hardy, Amy Sundberg (Soren), Erin Wusterbarth (Andrew), Brendan Sprague, Michael Kaneb (Chelsea), Phillip Kaneb, Jacqueline Kaneb, Kevin Kaneb (Corinne) and Angel Kaneb; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Seraphina, Ava and David; and his stepgrandchildren, Jessica Paterson and Robert Hardy III. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Robert Henry Fielding aged 90, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his four loving daughters after a five year decline due to Alzheimer'ss.
