He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Evelyn Glavin (Deane); his parents, Frederick Glavin and Beryl Glavin (Sherman); his children, Dennis Glavin (Maureen) of Raynham, Brian Glavin (Valentine) of Raynham, Fred Glavin of Taunton, Paula Glavin of Raynham, Rhonda Sousa of Raynham and Timothy Glavin; his grandchildren, Megan Copeland, Ross Copeland, Michael Glavin, Jason Glavin, Ryan Glavin, Ronald Glavin, Kellie Glavin, Simon Glavin, Nicola Quigley, Amy Glavin, Alyssa Glavin, Nicolas Glavin and Ashley Briggs; his great grandchild Thirteen; and his siblings, Nancy Rapoza of East Taunton and Cheryl Rego of Raynham.
