He was predeceased by : his parents, John J. Kosakowski and Beverly Kosakowski (Raymond); his half-sister Jean Morse; and his brother-in-law Patrick Daigle. He is survived by : his wife Edith R. Kosakowski (Andrews) of Templeton; his children, Steven Kosakowski (Brenda) of Ashburnham, Laurie Fisher (Paul) of Phillipston, Karen Drouin (Alan) of Templeton, Janice Schade (Kollin) of Duluth, MN and Paula Giordano (Frank) of Saugerties, NY; his sister Patricia Daigle of Winchendon; his half-siblings, William Rich of Gardner and Joanne Wheeler of Templeton; and his grandchildren, Corey Fisher, Cassie Watson, Jason Burdett, Shannon Lupaczyk, Jordyn Deloge, Thomas Kosakowski, Arianna Kosakowski, Zachary Schade, Jeffrey Schade and Savanna Lapierriere. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
