We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2018, Leo A. Foley (Tyngsboro, Massachusetts), born in Lowell, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parent John J. Foley; his sibling Rita M. Foley; and his spouse Elinor M. Foley. He is survived by : his daughter Judy; his parent Elizabeth Foley (Mone); his children, Judith Mendes (Manuel) of Tyngsboro, MA, Joan Fyfe (Roy) of Mansfield, Leo M. Foley (Foley), Gerald P. Foley (Donna), Rita Stahl (Michael) of Methuen, MA, Mary Lou Rutherford (Mark) of Rollinsford, NH and Anne Edmondson (Foley) of Goffstown, NH; his significant other Richard Shaughnessy; his sisters-in-law, Margaret Flannery (Joseph) of Wellesley, MA and Effie Barrows (Bikos) of Methuen, MA.; and his sibling John J. Foley. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and their spouses, all of whom he loved dearly; 23 great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
