She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony J. Leahy Jr. and Mary G. Leahy (Gardner); and her sister Mary MacNeil. She is survived by: her husband Richard A. Mullins; her son James A. Mullins; and her siblings, James J. Leahy, Kathleen Petrie, Elizabeth Kingdon (James), June DePonte (Robert) and Collen Orton (Jonathan). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces & grandnephews.
