She was predeceased by: her grandson Derek; her siblings, James, Robert Warren, Gladys St. Germaine and Anna Daily; and her parents, Perley Warren and Minnie Etta Warren (Daily).
She is survived by: her husband John J. Chalmers; her children, Gary Chalmers (Kosta Triantafillakos) of Worcester and Lynn Burke (Brian) of Uxbridge; her stepson John Chalmers (Lynne) of Cranston, RI; her grandchildren, Justine, Ian, Sydney, Sean, Conor, Corey and Paige; and her great grandchildren, Bryce, Braxton, Jayden and Theodore.
