He is survived by: his wife Marlene Bernard (Becker); his sister Aline Gervais (Roland); his children, Cathy Capozzo (Steve), Louis Jr (Cara), Thomas and Dennis; his grandchildren, Joshua (Jennifer Young), Scott Pineo, Lauren (Meaghan Bernard), Heather and Shannon Bernard (Nathan Mozinski); his friend Janet Goodrow; his pet Park; and his sibling River Casino. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
