With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn M. (Thomas) Accorto of Wakefield, Massachusetts, born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 7, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Pat M. Accorto; and her siblings, Joseph Thomas, Francis Thomas, Helen Sousa, Arthur Thomas, Marie Masci, Madeline Lomonaco and Margaret Miano.

She is survived by : her children, Karla Cerulle (Anthony) of Wakefield and Carl Accorto (Susan) of Epping, NH.; her grandchildren, Michael, Danielle Accorto, Karla Accorto, Joseph Cerulle and James Cerulle; and her great grandchild Jack Accorto. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 12th 2021 from 9:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Robinson Funeral Home (809 Main St, Melrose, MA 02176). A funeral mass was held on Monday, April 12th 2021 at 12:00 PM at the St. Joseph Church (173 Albion St, Wakefield, MA 01880). All attendees are respectfully asked to wear masks, maintain social distancing, and pay their respects and exit the Funeral Home promptly to allow other guests to enter.
