Mackenzie of Millis; his stepchildren, Madeline R. Goldman of Foxborough and Samuel B. Goldman of Foxborough; his parent Francis A. Mackenzie (Anet) of Walpole; and his siblings, Laura M. Cappabianca (John) of Myrtle Beach, Lisa A. Hayes (William) of Cumberland, Lynn E. Sudduth (Scott) of Norton, Christopher M. Mackenzie (Nancy) of Walpole, Caley A. Mackenzie of Biddeford and Andrew P. Mackenzie (Gianna) of Valdosta, Georgia.. He is also survived by his 12 nephews and 1 niece, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
