He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Piasecki and Margaret Piasecki (Fitzgibbons); and his brother Robert Piasecki (Teri) of Delaware. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis E. Smith (Smith); his children, Barbara Jean Scully (Christopher) of Walpole and John Stephen Piasecki of Walpole; his grandchildren, Ashleigh Scully of Walpole, MA. and Brianna Scully of Walpole, MA.; and his sister Karen Carreiro of Franklin.
