He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Spadazzi and Mary Spadazzi (Rossi); and his siblings-in-law, Eileen A. Whalen and Thomas J. Whalen. He is survived by: his wife Mary T. Spadazzi (Whalen); his son James J. Spadazzi (Elena); his grandchildren, Dylan Spadazzi of Foxborough, Harrison Spadazzi of Foxborough and Ella Spadazzi of Foxborough; his cousin Kathy Ludvicksen of Washington; and his siblings-in-law, Marjorie P. Whalen of Medford and Richard F. Whalen of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
