He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura Rosati (Mammone) and Giuseppe Rosati; and his siblings, Nocola Rosato, Adelia Dominic, Ralph Rosati, Serafina Lane, Alderico Rosati and Robert Rosati.

He is survived by: his sons, Francis David, Joseph Vincent and John Paul Rosati. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
