He is survived by: his wife Pamela Cook; his daughters, Julie MacKenzie, Katie Rosenman and Molly Rosenman; his granddaughter Sophie MacKenzie; his siblings, Sasha Caufield and Evan Rosenman; his son-in-law Harry MacKenzie; and also, Max and Fiona.
