He is survived by: his children, Sean Bouzan (Julie) of Mapleville, RI and Heather McMillan (Frank) of Walpole; his grandchildren, Kelsey, Aidan McMillan, Colby and Carson Bouzan; and his sibling Dorothy Bouzan Scandone (Fausto) of Saugus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
