Bubier of Hanover, Nicholas Bubier (Jessica) of Haverhill, John Hockney of Wareham and Keith Hockney (Hope) of Abington; his grandchildren, Adam, Mikaela, Drew, Brendan, Jameson, Ericka, Madison and Gabrielle; and also Susan Fabrizio. He is also survived by several loving cousins and friends.
